IISI KIVI renovation treatment plant – easy and carefree wastewater system renovation

The IISI KIVI renovation treatment plant is a domestic, efficient and easy-to-use solution for renovating a property’s old wastewater system. It is particularly suitable for sites where an old underground pumping station or underground filtration plant is in use, which is clogged or no longer meets current wastewater regulations. IISI KIVI offers the opportunity to renew the wastewater system without the need to build a new absorption or filtration field.

If the property has an existing plastic 3-compartment or concrete 2-compartment septic tank, it can still be utilized as part of the system. The IISI KIVI renovation treatment plant is installed after the septic tank, making it a fast and cost-effective option.

Continuous small-scale treatment plant for all household wastewater

The IISI KIVI renovation treatment plant effectively cleans all household wastewater: kitchen, bathroom and toilet water. The system works without complicated automation – the water flows by gravity from the septic tank to the treatment plant and further to the discharge.

Biological treatment takes place in the KIVI biofilter, where a circulation pump circulates water through the biofilter mass. Phosphorus is effectively removed by chemical precipitation, and solids settle in the existing sedimentation tank. The system meets all regulatory requirements and is designed to operate reliably in Finnish conditions.

Quick installation – little excavation work

The IISI KIVI renovation treatment plant is designed for as easy and quick installation as possible. The treatment plant is installed behind the existing septic tank. The delivery includes all necessary parts: penetration seals for the inlet and outlet sewers, a 110 mm T-branch and a 140 mm box drill, which is used to make penetrations on site to the right height.

The system takes up little space on the plot and requires minimal excavation, making it an ideal solution for small plots and courtyards where earthworks are avoided.

The IISI KIVI renovation treatment plant is suitable for both permanent residences and leisure properties. The treatment plant can withstand downtime and occasional use without affecting cleaning efficiency.
