Avloppssystemet ska vara f\u00f6rnyat senast den 31 oktober 2019,<\/strong> om byggnaden \u00e4r bel\u00e4gen i ett kustomr\u00e5de (h\u00f6gst 100 m fr\u00e5n ett vattendrag eller hav) eller i ett grundvattenomr\u00e5de.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2. Avloppssystemet beh\u00f6ver inte renoveras,<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>om bygglovet f\u00f6r fastigheten beviljades \u00e5r 2004 eller senare.<\/li>\n<li>om fastigheten \u00e4r ansluten till avloppsn\u00e4tet.<\/li>\n<li>om fastigheten redan har ett avloppssystem som uppfyller f\u00f6reskrifterna.<\/li>\n<li>om alla \u00e4gare av fastigheten \u00e4r f\u00f6dda f\u00f6re den 9 mars 1943.<\/li>\n<li>om fastigheten endast har r\u00f6rledningsvatten och en torrtoalett (huussi).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>3. Avloppssystemet m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rnyas i en situation<\/strong> d\u00e4r byggnaden inte \u00e4r bel\u00e4gen i ett kustomr\u00e5de (mer \u00e4n 100 m fr\u00e5n ett vattendrag eller hav) eller i ett grundvattenomr\u00e5de,\n<ul>\n<li>om tillst\u00e5nd kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r byggande av vattentoalett eller f\u00f6r reparations- och \u00e4ndringsarbeten p\u00e5 vatten- och avloppssystem, d\u00e4r systemet f\u00f6rnyas eller repareras helt.<\/li>\n<li>om reparations- och \u00e4ndringsarbeten som kr\u00e4ver bygglov utf\u00f6rs som \u00e4r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara med uppf\u00f6randet av en byggnad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Hur ska man g\u00e5 vidare?<\/h3>\n<p>Varje fastighet \u00e4r unik med sina egna speciella egenskaper och st\u00e4ller \u00e4ven vissa krav p\u00e5 avloppsl\u00f6sningen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vestelli tillverkar produkter f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning av ett f\u00e5tal personer upp till flera hundra personer.
