Komplexet omfattar Finlamellis magnifika, ljusa huvudvilla, en mindre villa med tre rum, en bastubyggnad med \u00f6ppen spis och tv\u00e4ttstuga, samt en separat carport. Belysningen styrs av ABBFreehome-systemet.
