Tuire Nikkanen och Elmeri Siltaloppi bor i Tammerfors med sina tv\u00e5 barn. P\u00e5 sommaren har de alltid tillbringat mycket tid i Elmers f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars sommarstuga, som ligger vid stranden av en sj\u00f6 i Teisko, cirka 25 minuters bilresa fr\u00e5n deras hem i Tammerfors. Elmeri och Tuire hade dock l\u00e4nge dr\u00f6mt om att ha ett eget fritidshus, d\u00e4r de kunde tillbringa tiden p\u00e5 fler s\u00e4tt \u00e4n bara sommaren. <\/span><\/p>\n

Naturligtvis ville Elmeri beh\u00e5lla sina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars egendom inom familjen, men stugan som byggdes p\u00e5 1950-talet uppfyllde inte Tuire och Elmers \u00f6nskem\u00e5l om ett fritidshus. De \u00f6verv\u00e4gde m\u00e5nga alternativ, som att s\u00e4lja eller renovera den gamla stugan, samt att bygga en ny i dess st\u00e4lle. Av dessa alternativ valde de det senare och Elmeri k\u00f6pte fastigheten av sina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar. En timmerstuga p\u00e5 88<\/span> m\u00b2<\/span> valdes som det nya fritidshuset, vilket best\u00e4lldes som ett ”skydd i v\u00e4der och vind\"-paket. Den nya stugan skulle l\u00e4tt rymma hela deras familj p\u00e5 fyra personer och deras hund.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Det f\u00f6rsta kriteriet f\u00f6r byggprojektet var att byggnaden skulle g\u00f6ras beboelig p\u00e5 vintern, s\u00e5 att kvalitetstid med familjen kunde tillbringas d\u00e4r \u00e5ret runt. ”Tidigare brukade vi \u00e5ka till mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar f\u00f6r att umg\u00e5s, men den gamla stugan var alltid kall p\u00e5 vintern. Vi ville att det h\u00e4r skulle vara en plats d\u00e4r vi verkligen kunde umg\u00e5s.\" <\/i><\/p>\n

Utg\u00e5ngspunkten f\u00f6r det nya fritidshuset var att hitta s\u00e5 enkla l\u00f6sningar som m\u00f6jligt. ”Vi ville inte ha ytterligare en byggarbetsplats p\u00e5 tomten, s\u00e5 nu n\u00e4r det \u00e4r klart vore det trevligt om vi bara kunde \u00e5ka dit och koppla av.\"<\/i> Energieffektivitet och enkelhet uppn\u00e5s till exempel genom det geotermiska v\u00e4rmesystemet som valts som uppv\u00e4rmningsmetod, Biopurifier 3-produkten som valts som avloppssystem och den slutna tanken f\u00f6r toalettvatten.<\/p>\n

De valde Vestell baserat p\u00e5 goda erfarenheter fr\u00e5n bekanta.<\/span> \u201dVi h\u00f6rde fr\u00e5n andra att detta \u00e4r en bra och p\u00e5litlig l\u00f6sning och vi litade p\u00e5 Vestells yrkesm\u00e4n.\u201d<\/span><\/i> N\u00e5gra kvalitetsaspekter, s\u00e5som biorenarens livsl\u00e4ngd och enkla underh\u00e5ll, var avg\u00f6rande faktorer f\u00f6r Tuire och Elmer i deras val.<\/span> \u201dInstallationen av avloppssystemet hanterades av en lokal entrepren\u00f6r. Jag gjorde ingenting \u00e5t det sj\u00e4lv, l\u00f6sningen var klar att anv\u00e4ndas n\u00e4r jag kom till platsen.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

De har bott i sitt fritidshus sedan juni och apparaten har fungerat som utlovat.<\/span> ”Kraft fr\u00e5n v\u00e4ggen och tummen upp. Det \u00e4r allt.\"<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u00c4ven om allt gick bra f\u00f6r Biopuhsitja uppmanar Elmeri er att investera i planering och att avs\u00e4tta extra tid f\u00f6r projektet. <\/span>\u201dVi hade planerat allt v\u00e4l, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 skedde f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Som tur var kunde vi p\u00e5verka saker medan projektet fortfarande p\u00e5gick, till exempel att l\u00e4gga till en toalett. S\u00e5 det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt att planera \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n v\u00e4l.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Tuire och Elmeri<\/span> b\u00f6rjade rita stugan v\u00e5ren 2019 och bygglovsprocessen inleddes under sommaren. Den gamla stugan revs efter sommars\u00e4songen och den nya byggnaden beviljades bygglov i november. Det nya fritidshuset stod klart i juni 2020.<\/span> \u201dTanken var att ingen sommar skulle g\u00e5 till spillo och det lyckades vi med. Vi tillbringade f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende sommar i den gamla stugan och den nya var klar f\u00f6r i sommar. Nu kan vi bara njuta av den n\u00e4r allt \u00e4r i ordning.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
