De nya f\u00f6reskrifterna om avloppshantering har effektiviserats till att endast g\u00e4lla milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssigt viktiga kust- och grundvattenomr\u00e5den, och tidigare kontroversiella platser, s\u00e5som torrmarksstugor, har nu l\u00e4mnats or\u00f6rda.<\/p>\n

”B\u00e5de Linna och Kangas uppskattar att fastighets\u00e4garnas attityder har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats. Linna minns att lag\u00e4ndringen en g\u00e5ng i tiden motiverades av \u00d6stersj\u00f6temat, vilket kan ha verkat avl\u00e4gset i exempelvis Kajana.
