The customer orders a wastewater plan.<\/li>\n<li>2. We call the customer and arrange a site visit.<\/li>\n<li>3. After the visit, wastewater documents are prepared in the office.<\/li>\n<li>4. The completed documents are sent to the customer and the municipality for permit approval.<\/li>\n<li>5. After approval of the permit, we will assist the customer with installation-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>6.
