Vestelli Oy has acquired the entire share capital of Avalon Nordic Oy.

Vestelli and Avalon Nordic will continue to operate under their own brands and as separate companies, but will join forces to create even more comprehensive water treatment solutions for customers. In connection with the acquisition, Avalon Nordic Oy’s CEO Jussi Timonen will move to Operon Group’s Water Treatment Solutions for Sparsely Settled Areas business and become the CEO of Vestelli Oy.
