Jarmo Kekäläinen, CEO of the NHL team Columbus Blue Jackets, decided to install a Vestelli Bio Purifier as part of his own wastewater system. The apartment on the shore of Lake Kallavesi in Kuopio is close to the city’s water intake, and Kekäläinen cares about the environment.
“One of the most important details was that the Biopurifier does not need a large absorption field around it. We wanted the most environmentally friendly solution possible and decided to use the highest quality equipment on the market. That’s why we ended up with Vestelli,” Kekäläinen emphasizes.
Vestelli takes into account the stricter wastewater requirements
With the new Wastewater Act, the requirements for cleaning grey water have become stricter. Vestelli is responding to this demand, and Kekäläinen also noticed that he had found a high-quality solution.
“The responsible foreman recommended this and Vestelli’s wastewater solutions also passed the city’s building inspection with flying colors. So it’s a very functional solution for us.”
