Top-notch cleaning results

BioKube technology has proven its effectiveness in various conditions throughout the Nordic countries. The treatment results are first-class and meet even the most stringent requirements. BioKube treatment plants are CE marked and comply with the EN12566-3 standard. Naturally, they also meet all Finnish requirements for separate wastewater treatment plants.

BioKube purifies wastewater completely naturally – using biological purification processes

A high level of purification is achieved by utilizing bacteria living in the wastewater. The bacterial population is kept vibrant by means of steady water circulation and oxygenation. Part of the water is recycled from the treatment plant back to the septic tank, which cleans the system and also prevents the formation of hydrogen sulfide and unpleasant odors.

  1. All wastewater from the property is first directed to a septic tank, where solid matter remains.
  2. From the septic tank, the water is directed to a treatment plant, where a biological treatment process removes harmful substances from the water. Time control smooths out load fluctuations and thus ensures the efficiency of the treatment.
  3. Part of the water is recycled from the treatment plant back to the septic tank, which keeps the bacterial population vibrant and the device’s cleaning performance excellent – even during long downtimes.
  4. The purified water is discharged from the treatment plant into nature. The outlet pipe of the BioKube treatment plants is only about 40 cm deep, so the water can always be discharged by gravity out of the device.
